15 Essential Upgrades

A stock car will not survive the apocalypse. Each vehicle has 15 upgrade levels. Spend your cash on these key areas:

• Spiked Bumpers – Crush zombies without losing speed.
• Fuel Tanks – Travel farther before running out of gas.
• Nitro Boost – Climb hills and clear gaps faster.
• Ammo Capacity – Keep your mounted guns firing longer.

Quick Survival Tips

• Don't waste nitro: Save your nitro boost for climbing steep hills or jumping over deadly gaps. Using it on flat ground often wastes fuel needed for the end of the stage.
• Balance your car: Use the left and right arrows to land perfectly flat after a jump. Landing on your front or back wheels will slow you down and damage your engine.
• Watch your fuel gauge: If your car stops, the zombies will catch you. Always upgrade fuel capacity before focusing on purely offensive weapons.
